WHO ARE WE

EpiCenter Arts is more than an arts summer program; it is a faith‐based, multi‐cultural, community program for underserved students in grades 6th through 12th. Enrollment has grown from serving 80 at inception in 2012 to more than 100 each year since! Our location houses this arts summer program at 1115 East Memorial Boulevard in Lakeland, right in the heart of Polk County and only minutes away from 9 different Polk County Public Schools.

We provide excellent, skilled artists that offer training in an environment which allows for freedom of positive expression. Training includes plays and musicals, concerts, dance and art exhibitions, poetry readings and more. In our commitment to teaching, we have begun the process to plan our summer program with a 4 week schedule for 2017. Stay connected to us through Facebook/EpiCenterArts as well as http://epicenterarts.com for more information.

OUR PARTNERSHIPS

EpiCenter Arts is working in partnership with different organizations in Central Florida to help make it possible for students to learn the art discipline they have dreamed of! Among our previous sponsors are Epic Church, Traviss Career Center, Polk Academies,  JCCI, Crystal & Company, Innovated Solutions, S & S Sassy Sweets, Hall Pass Pro, Badcock & More, Burning Bush BBQ and Patio850. These organizations have provided funding and in‐kind donations for students and class supplies. Additionally, EpiCenter Arts instructors volunteer their time allowing students to attend classes completely free of charge.

HOPE SHOWCASE

The Hope Showcase is designed to highlight the extraordinary work of EpiCenter Arts students. Families, friends and the community at large are invited to the Hope Showcase. This culminating performance closes the month long program as well as provides a platform to build students’ confidence while launching personal growth.
